Easy Break Chain Connector
Easy break chain connectors are an excellent safety feature. If excessive weight is applied to the control chain, the connector will ensure the loop separates. We recommend using easy break chain connectors in any environment involving children. Installing the easy break chain connector is simple: break the blind’s chain loop, insert the last ball on the end of the chain into the connector hole, and push it into place. Repeat with the other part of the broken chain to form a new loop. If a connector comes apart and is undamaged, it can be reconnected following the same process.
Safe Blind Options
Crank-operated roller blinds eliminate the risk as there are no cords. The crank handle can be removed for enhanced safety, making it perfect for schools. Motorised electric blinds have no dangling cords, with key components hidden inside the barrel. Spring blinds use a braked spring to raise and lower the blind, removing the risk of a child getting caught in the cords.
